Today's Spring Awakening practice is all about creating space for fresh energy in our lives through the art of decluttering. Let's dive into this simple yet transformative challenge!
What to do:
Set aside 5 minutes to declutter a small area, such as a desk, shelf, drawer, junk drawer, fridge shelf, or glove box. Start by sorting items into "keep," "donate," or "discard" categories. Once you’ve finished organizing, take a moment to wipe down the surfaces for a clean, fresh start. You’ll be amazed at how this small act of clearing out not only creates a more organized space but also brings a sense of clarity and accomplishment to your day!
Instructions:
Select a small area to declutter, ensuring it's manageable within 5 minutes.
Set a timer and start sorting items, being mindful of what serves a purpose in your life and what can be let go.
Keep a donation box or bag handy for items that can find new homes.
Wipe down surfaces once you've sorted everything, creating a nice clean space.
