Day 5 - Gentle Awakening Flow

Welcome back to our Spring Awakening Challenge! Today, we're embracing the power of movement through a gentle yoga flow designed to release tension, enhance circulation, and revitalize your energy. Let's explore this rejuvenating practice!
What to do:
A 5-minute yoga sequence focused on gentle poses that open the body and declutter the mind.
1. Child's Pose (Balasana)
2. Cat-Cow (Chakravakasana)
3. Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
4. Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)
5. Mountain Pose (Tadasana) with side stretches
Instructions:
Find a quiet, comfortable space and roll out your yoga mat or towel
Move through each pose mindfully, taking deep, steady breaths.
Hold each pose for about 30 seconds, adjusting as needed for your comfort.
Remember to listen to your body and never push beyond your limits.
SEQUENCE:
Child's Pose (Balasana): Begin on hands and knees, then lower your hips onto your heels and rest your forehead on the mat.
Cat-Cow (Chakravakasana): Move between arching your back with your head up (Cow) and rounding your spine with your head down (Cat) while on all fours.
Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): From all fours, lift your hips and straighten your legs, creating an inverted "V"
shape.Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana): Standing tall, hinge at the hips to fold forward, reaching for your toes or the mat.
Mountain Pose (Tadasana) with side stretches: Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, then reach your arms overhead, interlacing your fingers, and stretch side-to-side.
