Saturday Morning Restorative - 10:30 AM
Join us Saturday mornings for our restorative yoga class that will leave you feeling completely relaxed and reset for the weekend ahead. Take some time for yourself to unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. This gentle practice focuses on deep relaxation and stress relief, perfect for anyone looking to recharge and restore balance. Set to a soothing playlist, with soft candle light that creates a serene atmosphere. This class also incorporates crystal healing and aromatherapy as well to enhance your experience and promote overall well-being. No experience necessary, just come as you are and let go of the week’s stresses.
Classes are 60 minutes in our new relaxing studio. It's the ultimate stress relief/ time out at the end of the week to quiet your minds and heal your body.

What to Expect:
Gentle Restorative Yoga: Gentle, restful poses on the floor using bolsters and props to support the body. Allowing you to fully relax and restore. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to promote deep relaxation all while being completely supported by props. No power poses here :)
Mindfulness Practices: Incorporate grounding techniques and mindfulness exercises to enhance your practice and promote relaxation.
Community Connection: Connect with like-minded individuals in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Guided Instruction: Receive guidance and modifications from our knowledgeable and caring instructor, ensuring a safe and effective practice for all levels.
Extras: Tranquil, candlelit environment accompanied by a calming curated playlist to relax you and calm the mind. Crystal healing and aromatherapy to enhance relaxation and rejuvenation, creating a holistic experience that nurtures your mind, body, and soul.

What to Bring:
Yoga Mat: A comfortable mat to practice on.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the session.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear attire that allows for easy movement.
Beach Towel or Blanket: For a head support in class
Optional: Any yoga props you like to use, such as blocks or straps.
