What to Bring:
Yoga Mat: A comfortable mat to practice on.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the session.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear attire that allows for easy movement.
(Paint may get on clothes, aprons are provided)Optional: Bring a towel and any yoga props you like to use, such as blocks or straps.
