What to do:
Spend 5 minutes visualizing the process of clearing your mental clutter through a guided meditation. Begin by closing your eyes and taking slow, deep breaths. With each breath, imagine placing your distracting or negative thoughts into a "mental box." Picture yourself sealing the box, setting it aside, and creating a spacious, calm mind.
