Day 12 - Good Vibes Only – Energy Reset

Welcome to Day 12 !!!

Sometimes, the weight of negativity can feel heavy—like carrying a storm cloud you can’t shake off. But today, let’s intentionally clear and cleanse your energy to make room for positivity, renewal, and fresh possibilities. By grounding yourself and releasing emotional or mental blocks, you create the space to welcome lighter, brighter energy into your being. This practice is simple yet transformative, helping you reset and reconnect with your inner peace.

What to do:
Dedicate 5 minutes to an intentional energy-cleansing ritual. Find a peaceful space and tune into your breath to help ground yourself. Use mindful techniques like visualization or setting intentions to release negativity and invite positivity. Think of it as clearing your internal canvas, allowing new possibilities and fresh energy to take root.

Instructions:

  • Choose a quiet space where you feel comfortable and undisturbed.

  • Sit or stand in a relaxed position, close your eyes, and take slow, deep breaths. With each exhale, visualize releasing negativity—a heavy fog lifting away from your body.

  • Pair your breathwork with positive affirmations, such as “I release all negativity and make space for peace and abundance.

  • If you enjoy using props, light a candle or burn sage/incense to add a cleansing energy to your practice. Enhance the experience with a crystal like Clear Quartz or Selenite. Hold the crystal or place it nearby to amplify cleansing and healing energies. (You can even just imagine holding the crystal if you don’t have one)

  • Spend a few moments focusing on the new, positive energy entering your body, imagining it filling you with light and possibility.

Benefits:

  • Removes accumulated stress and negative feelings, creating emotional clarity.

  • Promotes mindfulness and self-awareness, grounding you in the present.

  • Opens the door to new, positive energy and fresh opportunities. • Leaves you feeling renewed, refreshed, and ready to embrace the day.

When to Practice:

  • Morning or midday is a great time for this practice, especially when you feel the need to reset your energy or shift into a more positive mindset.
